5 DECEMBER CHAMPAGNE SPECIAL EVENT
SOON TO BE RELEASED - the third dinner in the Art you Can Eat series, is a very special champagne tasting event. Hosted by Daniel Airoldi of Airoldi Fine Wines, learn about an exciting new champagne to Australia, Le Brun de Neuville. There will be opportunity to purchase champagnes directly from the distributor. Chef Matthew Moffatt will be preparing a contemporary degustation to accompany these fine wines.
Demian Carey Gibbins could be best described as a collector of skills - artist, engineer, executive, barista, builder... now Demian enters #chefmode. Demian will be combining his collection of competencies to create a dinner experience - a conceptual pastiche of a suburban Australian Dinner.
